Definition of Adoption:
Adoption is that act in which a child is legally transfer to another person as that child parents with all rights and responsibilities . Adoption is a process where by a person takes the parenting of another usually that child from that legal parents or parents or biological parents .
Adoption in Islam

Adoption can be a beautiful solution not only for childless couples and single people but also for homeless children. It enables a parent-child relationship to be established between persons not biological related. It is defined as a process by which people take a child not born to them as member of their family and raise it as a member of their family. Personal laws of Muslims, Christians Jews do not recognize complete adoption. As non-Hindu don’t have an enabling law to adopt a child legally , the people belonging to these religions who are desirous of adopting a child can only take the child in guardianship under the provisions of the guardian and ward 1890. The statute Doesn’t not deal with adoption as such but mainly with guardianship. The process makes the child a ward l not an adopted child. Under this law when children adopt t turns 21 years of age they no longer remain wards and assume individual identities.

The primary aim of adoption is to provide a child who cannot be killed for by his biological parents with their permanent substitute family. The family of a child has a primary responsibility to provide him care and protection. Legal Process for Adoption in Pakistan. In Pakistan laws are simple for adoption , the willing person who wants to adopt a child or orphan child hire the services of lawyers who will apply the matter to require court of Law. This process will be completed in 7 to 8 weeks through 4 dates of hearing. Requirements 1 they adoptive person must be a Muslim. 2 In couples there must be a Muslim and Pakistani. 3 There marriage life must be at least 3 years 4 Apply to require family court. Such children may be given in adoption by a court in keeping with the provisions of several guidelines regarding adoption issued by the state government or Central adoption resource authority and notified by the central government. But the court should be satisfied with the investigation having carried out which are required for giving such children in adoption.
